Notes: Our unique Dark Rum (‘Brown’) is made taking our

white Rum and then using our secret wood aging process

to create a unique flexible profile unlike any other.

Rich and smooth with a deep, complex flavor profile. It

opens with notes of smoky oak and warm, caramelized

sugar, followed by a subtle burnt sugar sweetness that

adds depth. The rum’s body is full and velvety, with hints

of dark molasses and vanilla. A gentle spice lingers on the

finish, enhancing its smoothness.

A great alternative to kick up classic (American/Bourbon)

cocktails – like an Old Fashioned or High Ball.
